Event tickets

CharityMaster is an essential tool for managing funds for events. It is specially designed to record admission revenues with the following useful features:

• Enter the number of tickets and CharityMaster automatically computes the total amount that should be received. You can override this amount.
• If the optional QuickBooks module has been purchased, the sale proceeds are immediately recorded in Quickbooks.
• Produce "split" tax receipts meeting all CRA and IRS requirements for only part of the individual ticket price.
• Events can be on a single date or can span a series of dates.
• Automatically add ticket purchasers to a mailing list.
• Set complimentary ticket policies
• Set maximum attendance and control ticket sales to ensure the maximum is not exceeded.

Donations and sponsorships

In addition to event revenues and donations, CharityMaster efficiently tracks all kinds of revenue including advertising and membership dues.

• Processing scheduled (e.g. monthly) donations automatically, with a single tax receipt / statement at year-end.
• Set automated pledge scheduling and reminders.
• Store and use credit card numbers easily. Process card receipts at your point of sale terminal or over the phone. Using the QuickBooks interface, CharityMaster groups all credit card payments by date and credit card type, greatly simplifying bank reconciliations.
• Track payments (direct deposits) automatically deposited to your account by your bank. This helps you to ensure that everything is entered into CharityMaster before you start your bank reconciliation.
